Returns and Refunds.

Plants
Please be aware that plants look different depending on what time of year you place your order. Perennial plants will not show much foliage above the soil during the winter, but that doesn’t mean you’ve been supplied a dead plant.
If you feel you have been supplied a dead or not healthy plant. Please, contact us within 48 hours informing us of the problem with photographs attached via email so we can review this. Please provide your order number when emailing.

Damaged In Transit
If your purchase is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours informing us of the problem with photographs attached via email so we can review this. Please provide your order number when emailing.
You can return it within 7 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please follow advice from our team to return.

Incorrect Plants
If we sent you something you hadn’t ordered, please contact us within 48 hours informing us of the problem with photographs attached via email so we can review this. Please provide your order number when emailing.
You can return it within 7 days in its original packaging following correspondents from our team.

Cancellation
To cancel an order, please drop us an email at Suttonnursery.co.uk with details of the order you are canceling and in the subject bar please state “cancel order” and your order number. We cannot cancel your order once you order is marked as dispatched, but you may return the order back to us at your cost within 7 days.

Returns
You can return anything you’re not happy with within 7 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 48 hours of receipt to advise of its return!
We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.
Until we receive the order you are returning, it is your responsibility.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return orders.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
If any part of the order has been damaged, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by a percentage of the value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
