Coir pots
These coir pots are 100% biodegradable and are made from Coconut husk. We have been using these pots for a year in the polytunnel. They are strong enough to cope in all environments, moving between the polytunnel to other locations and being packaged to travel off-site.
Coir pots help with lowering water usage. The roots do not sweat as the coir retains moisture, unlike in conventional black plastic plant pots.
As the pots are 100% biodegradable they can be planted straight into the soil. No pot to dispose of and no root damage from trying to remove the plant from the pot
