Sutton nursery was founded by Dan Sutton who started his career at Marchants Hardy Plants, a small nursery in East Sussex.
To further his knowledge he studied at Hadlow College where he gained a broader understanding, refining and learning new skills, which lead to the achievements of an Oakover Nurseries Knifeman’s Award and gaining a National Diploma in Horticulture. His passion for plants took him on to become a tree specialist.
Dan then set up a joint business as one half of Lambert and Sutton working in private gardens, a number of which have been opened for the National Gardens Scheme and charities.
Dan is now concentrating all his efforts on his current venture and expanding his business and what he can offer.
